Not sure what to say?

I knew Robert Golub when he worked for AMF. I was 19 and he was about 27. I was his secretary in 1968. He was such a good guy and he had some lasting effects on me--a love of Star Trek and Volvos! Rest in peace. Chris

To Cathy and the Golub Family, Sympathies for your loss and be assured Bob's memory remains with his friends, allies and associates.

Robert was my father in-law, He was a great person. I always enjoyed his company. I loved talking politics and other subjects with him. He was a very smart man. I got to see him a year before his passing, we went out to pizza for lunch. I will miss him and remember him as a "good man"

So sorry to hear of Bobs passing. He literally changed my life. When I applied to work as a Court Attorney with a distinguished judge in Manhattan Supreme Court, he saw my resume and noted that, like him, I was a graduate of both Tufts University and NYU School of Law. He told the judge she could not do better, she heeded his advice, and I was fortunate to work alongside him and Cathy for several years. He will be missed !

Bob and I were best friends from 8th - 11th grade. We lost touch after high school, but was I surprised when I received a card from him about 4 years ago. From that point on, we kept in touch through phone calls and dinners. It was really nice to have an old childhood friend back in my life.
When Bob and I were kids, we played ball, went to the beach and couldn't wait to get our drivers' licenses. Those days are gone, but not forgotten. They were a lot of fun.
Another funny...

The song is ended, but the melody lingers on...Irving Berlin
Rest In Peace Bob!

BOB GOLUB WAS MY GOOD FRIEND SINCE OUR DAYS AT NYU LAW SCHOOL. WE WORKED TOGETHER MANY YEARS IN THE CURT SYSTEM AND MAINTAINED CONTACT AFTER RETIREMENT. I SHALL MISS HIM. CONDOLENCES TO HIS FAMILY.

I was sad to learn of his passing. I have many fond memories of our time in the Court system. Deepest sympathy, Kathleen Skillen

Bob did a lot in his life and deserved more time to do more. We don't determine when we come out and most don't determine when we leave. The trick is not to waste time while you have it. Bob didn't. Very sad.
