Read MoreI just found out my mom, Lyda Harris, who was Lyda Bañuelos then, went to high school with Robert. They were in the same art class. My mom had sculpted a mermaid and the teacher put it on public display at their school. But it was Robert´s name on the art piece! My mom never made a fuss about it. She is patient like that. He did some beautiful work. RIP

I met Robert in the 70's and I have seen quite a bit of his work done in California. He was indeed a gifted man. My prayers are with you Steven. God Bless.
