Not sure what to say?

My biggest regret is that I never wrote Mr. Gray to tell him how much his musical leadership meant to me all those years ago at Central Intermediate (about fall 63-spring 66). I've always had a great appreciation of orchestral music due to my 3 years with him. I was never a very good violin player, but my appreciation led to my grandchildren both playing a musical instrument as well. I have no doubt he's leading a heavenly orchestra now.

Mr. Gray was my first music teacher. I was in the fourth grade at Siebert Elementary school- it would have been around 1978-79. I took private violin lessons from him at his home after he retired. I always remembered him fondly- a firm instructor, yet a kind man with a good sense of humor.
