I had the honor of sitting on the Appellate Division of the District Court with Bob for several years. He was an intellectual giant, a great public servant and an outstanding person who had a tremendous impact on me as a judge and as a human being. He was a friend and truly deserving of the title of honorable. I can not express how sorry I am for the loss of this good man. May God watch over you Marge , David and Carolyn.
