My thoughts and prayers go out to Dr. Groth's family and staff for their considerable loss. During my years of treatment by Dr. Groth, from about 1969 to 2004, I aways found him to be a fine doctor and a fine gentleman as well. You could always count on his sense of humor and sage advice. I recall his love of boating and other outdoor activities. We can be thankful that he was among us and we will miss him a lot!

It was bad enough knowing we would have to share the care of our eyes with others, let alone, to loose a fine man too soon into God's hands. What a great man he was. He always had time to talk as well as treat. We will fondly remember our talks with him about...
