I feel fortunate that I have had the chance to ge to know Rob better over the past six months, since starting my role with Alberta Main Street. I'm grateful for his support and for his ability and willingness to lend a hand to make neighborhood events happen. He had a kind an unassuming nature. Rob, you will be missed.

The period of time when Elise had her shop open on Last Thursdays, was our time for regularly seeing and getting to know Rob. We'll always remember how relaxed, congenial and wise he was those nights. Sometimes the street was hectic and full of mayhem, so Rob and the shop served as our safe harbor.

We often ruffle at the term Southern Gentleman, knowing so many who worked to be that way on the outside but being aware that it was just a false facade. From our vantage point Rob...
