Robert Wellington Squire Gwin Jr.

I knew Squire professionally and never met a finer, more approachable or empathetic person. He was a good friend to my father and I will always be thankful for his life's work.

So sorry to learn of Squire's passing. A lovely and gracious man. He will be missed.

I met him in law school in fall 1965 he was a great guy and friend Rest in peace my friend

I am truly saddened upon hearing of Squire's passing. One of the finest gentlemen I know. I will never forget his eulogy at my sister's memorial service (Elizabeth Sutherland). I have been in his company many times and truly loved him. My sincere condolences to Squire's wife, family and friends. God Bless!

One of Squire most famous saying is It is what it is! I saw a t-shirt that I just had to buy for Squire one day that had that saying on it He just had to wear it it was his fabulous saying It is what it is!!!!!!! Squire was like a dad figure to me a honorable man!! I first met Squire many years ago walking my dog with my late husband Braxton in our alley and my first thought was what a nice man!!!
