Mr. Hackman was my Chief Petty Officer aboard the USS Fulton AS-11 from 1971-1973. A fair man to work for. So sorry for your loss

Dear Ann and family,
So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. So hard to believe I was just sitting thinking of you both and smart phone in hand found the obituary. Kind of how we so strangely met in Florida after your (Ann)
Mother taught me in elementary school . After meeting we enjoyed a wonderful time with you and Bob , he was a very interesting man to listen to. I'm sure you know just ask God's help and guidance and he will see you through. Bless you and the entire family.

We will miss waiting for the minivan to come up our driveway with Aunt Ann chauffeuring Uncle Bob. It was always a pleasure to have him sitting at our table for meals and conversation...glad we have those memories at this sad time. Aunt Ann, we send our love to you and the family.
