Read MoreDr Hager was my dentist; my 60 year old cavities are still intact - good work! My father was G. C. Bliss, so maybe related to his wife. Just finished his book on Mohawk river boats (did he publish any more?). I remember his erie canal painting in his office (big white house with a canal boat in front). I grew up next door to Dr and Mrs Hager and have so many memories, so I was very sad to learn he had passed. To this day, I have the photo's he took of myself and sister. Only recently, my mother was given a picture he took during a snow storm in the 60's. And I hope Mrs Hager can laugh at some of the antics my dad and Dr Hager initiated (the squirrel incident!).
