I had the pleasure of serving the people of Grace Church, Stafford Springs, with Bob for a couple of years, until his health became too frail for him to continue. He was eager to serve God's people, and he especially appreciated the congregational singing that marks Episcopal worship at its best. It was so important to him that he was able to continue his priestly ministry at the retirement home in Michigan. The people of Grace Church treasured him and will remember his ministry there fondly.

Bob had a quiet, gentile demeanor and contributed a great deal to many of us in South Eastern Connecticut. May God bless his soul.

I will always remember Bob's quiet faithfulness and gentle spirit. I knew him mostly from conventions and clergy gatherings. He will be missed.
