Not sure what to say?

The Halsey Family,
My deepest sympathy with the loss of your father/grandfather.
Many, many great stories will be relived from the police days with Bob. May 'his' lanigan chair be cherished for all to sit in, like Bob did in the past. He was NEVER without a smile and was a terrific [person. May God look over you during this time of sorrow. Rest assured that your father/grandfather was a great friend to alot of people!
Wayne Petersen,Ret.Capt

Catherine & Dana and families. We were so shocked to hear of Bob's passing as we had just seen him at Alfred Ralph's funeral. Our deepest sympathy to you and your respective families. Sincerely, Ken and Dottie Ralph

To Bob's Family.
Please accept my deepest sympathy on your Dad's passing. I know that he will be GREATLY missed by you and many many other people. Bob was truly a wonderful and giving person.
Bob was a great friend to me during our police days together and even after retirement. We were looking forward to sitting with one another this coming Friday night at the Monmouth County Chief's Christmas dinner. I'm going to leave the seat next to me empty in his memory.
We all must...

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Sorry to hear of your Fathers passing. You are in our prayers.

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. May God Bless You!

My deepest sympathy to you on the loss of your Father. His smile and great sense of humor will be missed. I was shocked and saddened by my brother John's phone call letting me know. His service to his community on the Fire and First Aid show his great heart. I remember his kindness and gentle teasing when he would be the one on a call for my father.
