Not sure what to say?

7/27/24 daily verse book, a 66th birthday gift from my daughter Rachael, noted Robert´s song and a bit of the story to encourage prayer. Thank you Robert, see you in our Lord Jesus soon. Praying now, due to this days page, for your family that are still here on a daily basis.

Our sympathies to Robyn, their children, and extended family members. Bob's gift of music as worship leader, sharing through camp ministries and concerts was a blessing to many. I was a fellow student at GRSBM with him. May God surround you with his peace and comfort. Upholding you in prayer.

Dear Robyn and all the Family, Kathy and I will not be present at the funeral, but we want to say how much we love and respect Bob and all your family! His life and your lives have produced a wonderful fellowship for our own family and for many believers throughout Michigan. Bob surely lived fully for Christ. He always drew a crowd with a big voice and a meaningful song. The Love of Christ and a clear gospel followed. Then, Bob could linger until dawn to tell how great God is. Thanks to...

"Bobby",...Sharon Nicholas told me of your passing. Meeting you in the past w/ Sharon at Family gatherings ,.... your Love of The Lord and the Passion to bring Joy to many with your Music gave Hope and Smiles to All.

Mom and I are so sorry for all who loved Bob and all the memories he brought through the years. Bob is in a much better place, although it's always hard to say good-bye. We wish we could attend the service, Our hearts are with the Family. Thank you to Steve for letting us know. I am not on face-book and using my Ex husbands page. Love Sharon and Charlotte

I knew and shared a lot of music with Bob over the years. I played bass on the Heart of a Man CD. I clearly remember the last song we recorded was "Take this Heart" I was listening to the track tonight- and man does that beautiful song hit hard. The last line of the song is a repetitive lyric that simply says "by your still waters I will find rest" I know you are at that place right now my friend. Peace to your wonderful family- Jon Gilbert

Bob was truly a wonderful partner in ministry when we served in different churches in Manistee. He was kind, giving, and generous in spirit. Well done faithful servant! God be with Robyn and the rest of your family!

Joy and I are so very sorry for your loss. Bob was a gifted man, a singer, songwriter, preacher, encourager. But the most important thing in the world to him was his Lord, his wife and his family. He sang, "I wanna be where all Gods children are completely whole..." is a reality now and I´m sure his son, Joshua, along with many others, greeted him with the biggest hugs, laughter and a "Thank You, for giving to the Lord...I am a life that was saved"! We´re praying for you.

I am so sorry for your loss. We will all see each other in heaven , I used to babysit for Bob and Steve when they were little. They were quite a handful !! Bob sang at my dad's funeral which was only about 5 years ago. What a blessing for his uncle Fred! That was the last time I was able to give him a big hug. with much love and many prayers. Bob's cousin Janet
