Not sure what to say?

Both of my children were in the care of Dr. Hardie - of course, they couldn't appreciate him - but, I did.
My son was premature. He had jaundice and had to stay in the hospital. He was in ICU for a couple of weeks and we did not know what to expect.
One day, when I was visiting my son, he lay there in his tiny bed pounding his head and little fists at the sides of his cell. Dr. Hardie could see the distress on my face. He came over, put his arm around me and told me not to...

I will miss my Grandad tremendously. He was a wonderful man, and a dedicated doctor. We remember many fun times around the kitchen table at the Braesvalley house.

I was sorry to see that Dr. Hardie had passed away. He was my children's doctor from the time of their birth. He was such a caring man and always took whatever time was needed to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions that you might have had.

I was personally touched by Dr. Hardie who served as my doctor through my younger years. He really saved my life as an infant. He was truly the kindest person you would ever meet. Thank you and god bless. George

Dr. Hardie was the greatest! He was my youngest son's dr from birth to 17 yrs old!

Dr. Hardie was responsible for saving my son's life when he was six months old and admitted to TCH for a rash and high fever. The hospital was dismissing us after tests were inconclusive, but Dr. Hardie insisted they run one more spinal tap - sure enough - my son had meningitus.

Dr. Hardie always said he loved the children and put up with the parents.

He was an...

Uncle Robert, as my brother & I knew him, was the most loving, respected & adorned uncle imaginable. As a volunteer physician to Depelchin Faith Home in Houston in the late 50s & early 60s, he had a part in the process of bringing my Mother, his sister, Mary Frances, & my Father & I together. I will always be grateful beyond what words can express. The Hardie Family will always bring wonderfully fond memories to me. My Uncle Robert will continue to bring smiles to me, whenever I remember his...
