I was saddened to learn of Bob's passing. We were classmates at St. Francis Xavier grade school for 8 years and at Catholic Central High School for 4 years. We hadn't seen each other since graduation and went our separate ways after high school, but I have many fond memories of the times we spent as kids. Rest in peace my friend.

Deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Bob. He was someone I respected and looked up to as a kid growing up on College Avenue. My deepest sympathy to Joe and Ann.

My deepest sympathy to his family. I was a year older (exactly) than Bob. I got to know him better when another CC grad, Jim Bremer and I moved to LA. Bob put us up at his frat house until we found an apartment. He invited us to a number of activities. However, we decided to return to GR. Bob gave me a letter of recommendation to Pete Wege which turned into a good summer job at Steelcase. I was always appreciative of that. I often wondered if he ever returned to GR from Washington.
