It was always a pleasure dealing with Bob down to Harpers. We trusted each other with no issues. I remember dropping one of fluorescent bulbs I was changing out in his office on his desk. After shattering all over I thought I was going to be run out of building. Bob was right there and just said, let me grab a broom and dust pan.
