Not sure what to say?

I had the privilege of working with “The Mayor” on the Garden Homes project. It was a real lesson about how community input could not only work but succeed. Ann Arbor is better for Bob Harris’s contributions, and for having such a man as a leader. His concern for the City and his dedication to its improvement will live on. My deepest sympathy to Mimi and his children.

I am so sorry to hear of Bob's death. He was such a wonderful mentor, friend, boss, and attorney. I will always remember the two years I spent working for Bob in his law practice with great fondness. Bob always had a story to tell and time to help others. Please accept my sympathy for your loss.

I was a student in Bob's first Contracts class. ) There is a saying for law students: first year scared to death; second year worked to death and third year bored to death This did not hold true for students taking Contracts from Bob in their first year. What a shock to read of Bob's death. Since his retirement, when we have occasionally met, he seemed so full of energy, enjoying his grandchildren and life in general. This has to have been a terrible loss for his whole family. We in the legal world have lost a scion and I have lost a mentor and former partner. I will miss Bob and am sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Margo

A wonderful and dedicated person. He will be missed by the community and his family.
