To Bob's family:
Bob was my uncle, and brother of my dad, W.T. Harris. I am so sorry for the loss of your Dad. I live in Texas now and rarely get to Charlotte but did have lunch with he and Aunt Mary Lee a few years back. He was as chipper and fun as always. I really enjoyed seeing him. I truly miss all the big Harris clan of so many brothers and sisters and the wonderful times I have had with them. When I was still relatively young, grandmother had 100 grandchildren and greats. My own...

For any of the family interested in the Harris genealogy. Bob's father was Jarvis Barney Harris and mother was Mary Estelle Owens-Harris. They met at a house party in south Georgia around Cordele GA. Bob was my Great Uncle. The youngest boy of 11 brothers and sisters. My grandfather, W.T. Harris was the oldest boy and Bob his brother. Bob was always up to something and making us laugh at the Harris family reunions. His mother had a great sense of humor which she had passed to many of her children. Almost all of his brothers and sisters were in Charlotte so I grew up knowing all of them and loved them all. Sending all of his family I didn't get to meet great memories of your father,...

I was so sorry to read of Bob's passing. When I first started in Real Estate Bob was my "go to" painter. He was good, reasonable and fun. Bob always had a smile and a hug for everyone. My thoughts and prayers are with all of his family.

To all the members of Bob's family we extend our most profound sympathy. All our family held him in the greatest affection and respect. We had such fun when he visited us in Newport Beach, CA with my sister, Melba, and at our home in Winston-Salem. Memories of those happy times will enable us to live with the loss of our longtime dear friend. You have our warmest thoughts and best wishes.
