Robert E. "Bob" Hartman

Hard to think you have been gone 8 years now! I still think of you and your Dad and Mom with fond memories. Great people! They thought enough of me that they gave me a store charge account at 18yrs old. Those were the good old days! Weren't they Bobby?

Bob's passing was quite a shock. My prayers go out to the Family. The Entertainment industry in the Kalamazoo has a missing piece now.

I am sad to hear of Bob's passing. I was a regular at hotrodder at Hartman"s Auto Accy back in the heyday. I always loved the Hartman family as they were such good people. I remember Bobby working in the store which was the only one of it's kind in the area. Every time I met up with him over the years I still called him"Bobby". He was a Toledo Rocket too and we always talked about his college days there. Rest in peace Bobby!

`My condolences to Bob's family. I got to know Bob early at his Dad's shop in the 600 block of Portage St. We opened "On The Rocks" nearby and got to know them both. Also saw Bob a few times at the lighting shop on Lake St.. A true gentleman and always had that friendly smile that was very genuine. My wife and I will always have fond memories of Bob.
