Beautiful Spirit Arrangement

Tony was the best civil servant I have ever met. We were coworkers on the Weapons Station when it was Navy-administered and when it was Air-Force-administered. He knew our base power grid like the back of his hand. He bent over backwards to process outages, even on last-minute notice. His estimates for contracted work were always dead on. Our Uncle will never replace him. It is regrettable that his retirement was so short. He deserved way longer.

Farewell to a classmate and a high school friend of long ago. He was a nice person, great personality and an accomplished business man. Tony will be missed greatly by his family and many friends

Tony along with John Allen were my first mentors when I began my career as an electrical engineer at Southern Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command back in 1984. Tony took time with me and helped train me to become an effective and efficient engineer. I also experienced two firsts in my life with Tony. The first was an airplane trip and second was a trip out of the country (to...
