Not sure what to say?

Dear Leslie & All of Bob's family, we regret that we were in Mexico at the time that Bob died, and did not learn of his death until this morning. Bob's obituary and the wonderful messages left in this guest book attest that Bob was a great guy and is already missed by all who knew him. Leslie, Barb, Nicky, special thoughts and prayers for you, from Buffy and LeeAnn.

I'm sorry for your loss. I didn't know Bob personnally but understand that he was helpful to many. Forest Ranger Ed Russell, Schroon Lake

On the several occassions I had to work with Bob I always found him with a genuine interest in people, and a warm and friendly sense of humor.
Hope you can take consolation in having known a wonderful, peoples' person.
Greg George Forest Ranger, Blue Mt. Lake

To ALL Bob's Family:
I feel so bad that I am in Florida at this time and won't be there to give my condolences in person. He was a wonderful father to my nieces and I know just how much they and the kids will miss him. I am so glad that you all were there at the end and I know he loved you all. Laurie, I will see you as soon as I can and Linda, I will be here waiting for you...Please remember all the good times (and there were many) with your dad--the weddings especially..Love to...

To the family of Bob. I am sorry for your deep loss. I would like to be there in N.Y to pay my condolences. I had the opportunity to work with Bob briefly at times. I am sorry, he will be missed. Frank Brady Class of 60

Dearest Leslie, our thoughts are with you, your sadness and loss are shared. Any trip to Brantingham without a Ranger Bob encounter was missing something. Kathy and I shared our forestry background with him, and I more than a few colorful jokes. Perhaps my fondest memory with Bob at the Brantingham Inn was when a bunch of us decided to compare 'ugly pistol permit photos'. I believe I won, but a good laugh by all was had. We are overdue for a trip to the lake, and when we do we shall sense his...

To all of Bobs Family,--So sorry to hear of Bobs passing, I had the pleasure of attending the NYS Ranger School with Bob. He was then an avid outdoorsman and fisherman and we had some good times--especially fishing. I did not have any contact with Bob after leaving school until a couple of years ago, and then only thru the internet. Keep his fond memories and may God be with you during this time.

Linda, Roger, Zach, Alex & family - my thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Surely, your Dad was a great man and he will be missed. Your Dad raised a wonderful, caring and generous lady in you, Linda,...and you have carried that on in your own family... a beautiful legacy. Remember the good times always. Love,

Leslie,
We are so sadden to hear of Ranger Bob's passing. Brantingham won't be the same. I hope that you are well, I think of you often and have you in my prayers.
