Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear of Bob´s passing , I only met him recently because we were business neighbors. I own the Hair Parlour next to his 715 Old Liverpool Rd. We had pleasant conversations and I knew he was going to be a great neighbor . I am sadden to hear of your loss , and the worlds ! There are few people you meet that strike you as kind and caring as Bob did . My deepest condolences , Nancy Mulcahey

Dear Sally, My deepest sympathies go to you and your family regarding Bob's passing. Bob was a champion of the small business person. Sally and the Herz family, we are sad to learn of Bob's passing but grateful to have known him. Bright, engaging, and a rare talent. Thoughts are with you this day.

Bob was a moving force and a believer in the power of entrepreneurship. He was always welcoming and open with how he could help with business operations. This characteristic is not common in the business world and will be missed.

Sally, I'm very sorry for your loss and really a loss for everyone who knew Bob. He was always so helpful and patient with me on my campaigns for mayor. Many fond memories and good times. ~Roy Bernardi

Sally, Herz family members and friends- May loving and fun memories of Bob keep your hearts smiling! I served and worked on various committees and projects with Bob, spanning decades. His ideas, creative solutions and selfless contributions were endless. Loved learning from him and developing "can't hurt to try" strategies. I'm especially grateful for Bob's tireless efforts that led to the late Jackie Warren-Moore being named the first Poet Laureate for Syracuse/Onondaga County. He was a...
