Dear family of Scott, I'm sure your treasured jewel is safe in the hands of the angels of heaven. I was surprised to hear of his long time waiting for this time. It reminds me of my sister Gertrude Hinkle who my mother and father cared for in Fairview Park, Ohio for 23 years in a crib.

God Bless all of you,
Theresa Hinkle Sherman

Dear Family of Scott,
It has been 25 years since our first experience together. It was Dec. 21, l985 when our 17 yr old Martha Sherman was hit by a car on Triskett by St. Mel's. After 21 days in intensive care at Fairview Hospital with the great care of Dr. Paino she was released to regular care at the hospital until April 1986. Her broken pelvis and 3 severed nerves were never repaired but delt with.
I didn't know Scott's outcome from his accident.
God bless you all for your...

Dear Hess Family, I was so sorry to hear of Scotts accident so many years ago and now of him passing.I will never forget how much fun Scott made 4th of july in our neighborhood when I was a kid.I will never forget Scott or your intire family for being such wonderful neighbors.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Hess and family,

We all were blessed to have Scott touch our lives. I'll always treasure the memories of Scott when we were growing up. Scott’s greatness continues to be shown through the extraordinary Hess Family. Your family is an inspiration for all. Scott will always remain in my heart and prayers. God Bless Scott and your family.

Mr. and Mrs. Hess, Vickie and I took care of Scotty for many years. We admired your dedication to your son. We loved the way you decorated his room for holidays. Walking into his room, anyone would know he had so many people that loved him. We are sorry for your loss. You both and your family are in our prayers. Love Vickie Newton Gregory and Carol Crump Danforth

Dear Hess Family:
I have known Scott since Middlebrook Elementary School and will never forget the Snoopy and Music Man productions we did there. We went all through school and graduated in '79. We went our separate ways but I have thought of him over the years when there was a reunion and even when there wasn't. A great life cut so short by tragedy. May God help your entire family to know he is free and at peace.

My deepest sympathy to you and yours... Brian Hazel - Bahrs, Midpark class of 1979.

Rest in peace Scott - it was great knowing you at B-W.
