Not sure what to say?

While I have never met Robert Hewes, as one of the new zillions of REALTORS flooding the market, how I wish I could have shadowed him to learn the ropes. They say, when a person leaves this life, they go on to a new beginning without sickness. Mr. Hewes, promise us one thing, every once in awhile check up on us. Until then, rest in peace, your work was not in vain.

Let me add my voice to these sincere tributes to a unique, kin, and funny man, and my deepest condolences to Bob's loved ones. An NAR or MLS expo won't feel right anymore without seeing Bob; he always made it a point to find me in my booth to shoot the bull, and to bust my chops a little bit; it always put a smile on my face to talk to him. I will always remember him with tremendous fondness. I once put his image on one of our smart-cards just to razz him; I am attaching it here.

Bob, I just wanted to thank you for being a dear friend since 1992. I want to thank you for in lighting me of my future which became true. You were always there and will be missed and in my heart! God bless you Diane, God is holding you close in his hands. Love, Bonnie Wallace

We suffer a tremendous loss of a wonderful man. My ex-husband and friend, you are missed and in our hearts and memories always. Diane, Tom, NiKi and family, my deepest sympathy and prayers to each of you. You are with God, rest in peace.

Bob was always helpful to anyone in the company with any question or problem. That was much appreciated by many agents. Quite memorable was his unique way of looking you in the eye and delivering a zinger, making you stop and wonder, "Is he serious or just messing with me?" Generally it was the latter. RIP, Bob.

It is with heart felt sorrow and my sincere condolences to Diane and the entire family.
I will miss my buddy Bob and all the laughter, golf and fun we had over the years! One of the best things that ever happened to Bob was Diane. So sorry for your loss! We can take solace in the fact that Bob was saved and a good Christian man & is walking with the Lord!

You will be greatly missed my friend. Out hearts and prayers go out to Diane and family, you are everyone's friend.

With deepest sympathies and heart-felt condolences to Diane and the Hewes family.

Bob will be sorely missed by all those that served with him on the various committees at NABOR.

His contributions to the members of NABOR were unsurpassed.

Bob touched many lives including mine.

Bob is one of the nicest men I have ever met. I truly enjoyed the lunches we had on the road as my dear customers as he shared his wisdom and long talks with me. I am very saddened to hear of your loss and pass my sincere condolences to the Hewes family during this difficult time. I will dearly miss his call but God has called upon another Angel to watch over us. God Bless to all.
