Not sure what to say?

To the Hinds Family: Although I am retired now from the NYSP I remember Bob when I was a young Trooper. Bob always took care of me and treated me with all the respect a young man could ask for. Bob will be truly missed.

Dear Ann and Family-
Both Donna and I were saddened to learn of Bob’s passing. Many years have passed since we visited in SC, I did see Bob and John at Oneida last year and we both reviewed the “new vault,” many of Bob’s original ideas have been implemented.
He was a great mentor and I did enjoy filling his shoes in that vault.
May it give you peace of mind and ease your sorrow, to know many thoughts and prayers are going out to you and your family

Robert and I would like to extend our sympathies to the families of Robert C. Hinds.
