Robert L. Hinton Jr. ELIZABETH CITY - Robert Lucien Hinton Jr., 86, of the 1300 block of Northside Road, died Jan. 22, 2009. A celebration of his life will be Sunday at 3 p.m. in Twiford's Memorial Chapel.
