We were stunned to learn from our aunt, Mary McConnell Bailey, that Robert had died. We shared many Christmas day cocktail parties with the Hodgkins at the Beeches, home of our grandparents. Robert was a charmer and a bon vivant.

To the Hodgkins family,
I grew up in Northampton with Robbie having lived a few blocks away on Bridge Road. In '59 he was the envy of the neighborhood with his new black Corvette. He always had something interesting to say. Our mutual friend, Bob Tulay, who worked for Robbie's mother on occasion, would always have a tale to tell after coming from the Hodgkins home. Please accept my condolences.
