Not sure what to say?

Dear Billie, Mark, Kurt, and Rick,
It's always hard to hear of people you have known and parents of friends pass. My thoughts have been with all of you. I think the last time I saw Bob was when I was going to the UW and I met Mark and him for a beer in Wedgwood.
Hope you are all getting through this ok and hope all of you are well.

Dear Billie and sons, we are sorry to learn of Bob's passing. We have such fond memories of our years in Lake City and all the sports we were involved in. We believe as a family that sports played an important part of young mens lives and Bob was a large part of that. We send our sympathy and wish you all well.

I think we can all attest to the fact that Coach Honey had a great ability to teach and motivate the kids he coached. He was a unique individual who had an impact on a lot of kids and was able to take us all to a higher level. Bob was a great believer in helping people achieve their goals. With Coach Honey, as with many of the coaches from his era second place did not exist.

Coach we miss you
A special thanks to the coach and his family for sharing Bob with my brother MAc who was especially fond of the Coach and used him as a mentor
Our hearts rejoice in the fact that we we part of Bob's life

I am so sorry to hear of Uncle Bobs passing. I wish I could have been closer to the family when I lived in Washington. My prayers are with the family. Mahalo uncle Bob for sending me the family tree to Hawai. Gary Honey

Bob was a great coach and great person. I played for him on the Wedgwood Bantam team and found him to be a man of depth and strong, but not overbearing, principle. Bob taught me the art and technique of the pulling guard. You might get a laugh out of the following: I ran into Bob downtown and he was on his lunchbreak. We sat at the counter and talked for a bit. I noted that I was considering art as a vocation and he advised me not to follow commercial art. I regreet that I missed the...

I'm sorry to hear of Bob's passing. My condolences to the family.
I worked on many of his graphic art projects with him during the 70's and 80's. He was a great guy and a lot of fun to work with. He also was one of the very few artists whose artwork was complete, needed no explanation and went through the printing process without a hitch.... a major accomplishment!!
I was fortunate to see him last year and talk over old times.
He will be missed by many.
