SPRINGFIELD, IL - Robert "Bob" Hoogland, from Springfield, Ill., died Feb. 14, 2016, at the age of 24.
Bob is survived by his parents, Eric and Laurie Hoogland; his two brothers, Wes and Charlie Hoogland; his sister, Ingrid Hoogland; and by many members of his extended family.
