Robert Wesley "Bob" Howard

I was saddened to read that Bob Howard had passed away. I worked with Bob at Pioneer Career and Technology Center for the better part of ten years. He was an excellent welding instructor and had the ability to work with all kinds of young people. I remember that one year he had two male students who were deaf and he worked very well with them.
