I remember his parents, Nellie and Harry, his older brother, Gordy and attended school at Pleasant Hill with his cousin Alda. In little Jasper, Oregon everyone knew each other because of Jasper Grade School and Hills Creek Lumber Company. A great place to grow up with many great memories.

I was surprised and saddened to read of the passing of a childhood friend. Robert, known as "Bobby" to his classmates, attended Jasper Grade School with myself and numerous other children around Jasper, OR. His name brings back many pleasant memories of a simpler time in our lives. God Bless you "Bobby" for bringing back these memories and may you rest in peace.
