In the 1970's, I choreographed his gorgeous score ANAGNORISIS for trombone and percussion for two dancers, an upside-down bicycle and a 50 foot garden hose, which the trombonist played. Bob was a supportive musical partner who appreciated other performing arts. I also choreograghed a score consisting only of diagrams and staged an avant cello concert, which he produced. I played woodwind quintets with Bob in SF Symphony's AIM program. We did 90 concerts in several months. He was always witty, delightful and put together wonderful programs for the kids! I loved working with Bob!

Great times allways. Expecially in Rome on New Years Eve. After a phenomenal unique Italian dinner he prepared, we watched fireworks from atop Roberto's and Margaret's apartment. Gene (Margaret's Father) and I could not get a taxi and Roberto/Bob walked us back thru Rome to our hotel. Such a wonderful walk .... post Midnight.. in the very early hours of Rome's New Year's festivities.
