I was lucky enough to get to work for Ingersoll Construction. Bob gave me a chance when I needed it most. I will never forget the day he handed me a bottle of chalk and said you're my lead man. I learned how to be a man working for Bob. I am very grateful to have been a part of his life, he was a good man and he made his mark! Thanks Alan, Lisa, Alec, and Andy. I still drive by the houses we built :-)
