I worked with Bob for about 12 years. Besides being a fantastic coworker, he was an even better person. He was always kind, considerate and had a very calming presence. He could switch back and forth between serious and funny, both of which helped us through many tough times. He loved his family and coworkers very much and he was especially proud of his kids and their accomplishments. We will really miss him.

God has brought home the most upbeat ,real and fair people I have ever met. Bob had started at his 1st real job that I know of anyway, he drove so assume he was 17 , I came on board at Jim's Getty at 16 that summer and from the moment we met I was entroduced to the most outragous , loud and far from center humor. I would just roll as he would put our local gas patrons through the ringer. he would lure them into this long conversation that would last so very long and waiting for them at the...

Our love, thoughts & prayers are with you all. Bob was always pleasant and a wonderful person to talk to. He was a wonderful husband & father. He always made time when he would see us in the alley way between our homes. We often commented on his calm & loving demeanor. He surely was (& remains) one of God´s Special Angels who walked on this earth. He always had a gentle smile and great stories to share with us. We will truly miss him each day but he left a wonderful legacy. Sheila,...

Was so sad & shocked to read of Bob's passing. What a beautifully written tribute to him. Just ran into him in August @ the Warren County Fair. Had not seen him in 40 years. Knew Bob back in the early 80's and had some great times. Remember how much he loved his black GTO, going to Englishtown Raceway & the Hill Climbs. He had a great smile and was always making you laugh. Just an all around great guy. Sending the family sympathy & prayers.
