Spent many nights at The Saber Room in the early 70s when Jean-Pierre was the chef and Lisa was the hostess. I´ve eaten in some of the best restaurants in the world but the food at The Saber Room at that time was unmatched. I double dated with Bobby at the Junior prom. He asked me if I would like to go in his father´s Lincoln Continental or his Olds convertible. I chose the Olds. We ended up at Genettis in Hazleton for dinner.what a great time. Just one of the many school memories I have of Bob.

My ex husband and I worked for Mr. Jabers at The Saber Room back in the late 90s. Mr. Jabers was always a class act and treated everyone very well. My condolences to the Jabers family.

I was introduced to you by a friend, Tiny L., as we were dining at your establishment, The Saber Room. I have heard MANY great stories of you and your friendship, generosity, success/accomplishments, love of family/friends, etc. He spoke very highly of you and thanked you for your help at times in his life.
