Morris and I were in Lexington this past weekend and bought a paper. It is there that we saw that Dr. Jasper had passed away. Even though it has been many years since I saw you, my parents, Polly and Walter Underwood, were friends of yours and always spoke so highly of both of you. Please accept my sincere sympathy in your loss of Dr. Jasper. I believe that I talked with him when I held a revival at First Baptist Somerset in 1998 or 99.

My condolences go out to the Jasper family. Dr. Bob will be sadly missed in Somerset. He was a pillar in this community for many years and cared deeply for people medically and spiritally.
