I was honored to speak at Bob´s Union Pacific retirement party and share some memories of his years on the job. Aside from his employment stories, his older sister came up to me after I spoke and related to me about Bob when he was 4 or 5 years old. It seems Bob liked to run off when no was watching him and his mom got so exasperated that she decided to outfit him in a dress thinking he´d be too embarrassed to be seen wearing it and would stay home. I wish she would have shared that story...

Worked several years with Bob on the railroad. He was one of the nicest persons you'll ever meet, always had a smile and good things to say about people. He was a very religious man but would never pushed his beliefs on others, only offered guidance if you asked. Rest in peace buddy.
