I've only known Bob for nearly a year now, since I started going to Jourden's Auto for my car work. In the brief time I had to interact with Bob, he left a deep impression on me. The man was of such a kind and gentle spirit. Not only was he incredibly helpful with my car related questions, but he would always take time to chat with me about my day.
