I am sorry for my faulty memory. I do remember being in Scouts with Tom and that Mr. Kaiser was involved with the Troop. I misread the old photo It was Mr. Sweeney who was Congressman. Still, I am thankful for Mr. Kaiser's involvement in the Scouts and the Parish. Sorry for my mistake.
My sincere condolences

My sincere condolences to the Kaiser family.
My memories of Mr. Kaiser are from when I was in Boy Scout Troop at St. Raphael Parish. I especially remember the tour of Washington DC in 1965 that he arranged for the Troop while he was a US Representative to Congress.
Thank you Mr. Kaiser.

I, along with all my sisters, especially enjoyed and...

There were tears of joy and laughter and Happiness from Mama and everyone! What a Surprise he...
