Dear Kanick Girls
I was so sorry to read of your Father's passing. I know that you are all devastated. Your family was the best neighbors Frank and I could have asked for.
Your Dad was always right there to help Frank with whatever project he undertook.
I think of all of you everyday as on the wall facing my bed hang the shadowbox your Mom made when we got married (too faded to read, but a special possession) along with a needlepoint made by a friend and the paper cutout from you...

Karen Coco, Neighbor and good friend of Lisa. Beautiful picture and write-up. Your father would be proud of the love you have for him. My thoughts and prayers go out to your parents in heaven as well as your families during this difficult time.

Dear Kanick girls,
I never had the pleasure of meeting your beloved father, but his obituary was quite a testament to a kind, selfless, knowledgeable man whose mission in life seemed to be to help others. Could that have rubbed off on his daughters? From having taught the Kanick girls at Stanton Central, I would say yes, for they were indeed four of the nicest students I've ever taught. May your father rest in eternal peace.

I started to tear up, I said so is my Mom Joann Ciszek Frank, then he teared up & said that they dated in high school & hung out at my Grandmothers restaurant !!!! He was such a nice man & we would have great conversations about "up state" & the coal mines!! He was...
