Gillian and Andrew:
I met your father in the Birmingham days. He purchsed and installed all of his audio equipment back then.
I miss both of them terribly and wanted to reach out as I lost my father last week.
I hope you are both doing well, Gillian has my contact information, please stay in touch.

Dr. Karp and Soni - I still wish I can come over to visit in space 12a of Woody Creek (Soni You are not to know the real meaning behind space 12a, ask Bob.) Bob you were a mentor to me and I miss you very much. Dave is filling in, but I think of you the most. No a day goes by that I do not use your pearls of wisdom. You will forever be in my heart and in my life. It took me a while to actally sit and write something because it did not feel real. I have come to peace with your departure,...

Dear Gillian and Andrew,
We write this letter on Fathers" Day because we are thinking about you and your family. Words cannot express the pain we share with you. Your mother and father were so dear to us and we miss them so badly. They became our family in Aspen. Memories of travelling together in Botswana, helping them search for land here in Aspen, so many fishing days, dinners at their house or ours--all fill our hearts. We cherish these memories. You have so much to be proud...

To Gillian and Andrew, Ian and Kim, Maddie and Jack,
I am so sorry for your loss. For the loss of parents, grandparents and in-laws. Bob and Soni lived such a full and wonderful life, and have left so many memories and touched so many hearts. My children remember their "right of passage" when it was their turn to go to Chicago. The cruise to Alaska, the 90th birthday- memories we will all have forever. For me, there are many. Predominant are the conversations I had with them on the...

I was fortunate to know Bob when he was working for a brief time at Aspen Valley Hospital. He was a very intelligent individual with a great dry sense of humor. My husband and I were also neighbors of Bob and Sonni's in Woody Creek. They will be missed and our thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time.

Dear Gillian and Andrew:
We think of Soni and Bob every day and cannot believe they will not be returning to the house we see each day from the highway, as we go to and from Aspen. They were new friends but felt like family. We are so sorry for your loss and ours.

What a bright light appeared when Soni joined the MCA- Women's Board.........I will always remember that fabulous smile and laughter. A light has been turned off, sadly. Bea Steponate

Dear Gillian and Andrew,

I am so truly sorry to hear this news of your parents' sudden death. They were such extraordinary and great people. I remember them both fondly. Your mother, beautiful and vivacious; your father super intelligent, sometimes serious and alot of times funny. Both, kind hearted, generous and they cared so much about you, so loved you both. My heart goes out to you and your extended family.
Love, Julie
