Throughout my competition in Miss Rhode Island, Bobby was always kind, inspiring, supportive and helpful. My life was wonderfully enhanced by his friendship and tremendous guidance. My husband and I had the joy of knowing this special man for 35 years. His biggest love in life was his family.

He never approached a person without a smile. He had a way of bringing happiness wherever he went.
