Great uncle Bob you are missed.

GREAT Uncle Bob was my mother's uncle, grandmother Mary's brother. We owe a HUGE debt of gratitude to him and the men who served in WW2. He and his business partner John Chelberg hired my father Jim Stratton back in 1958 where he worked until his retirement. Uncle Bob was a mans man who was a giving soul. I work at the Olive Garden in coon rapids. I will miss Bob his smile and his hug when he came to see me. He was a great man.

Dear Keene family, upon hearing of your father's passing, came a rush of very happy memories. Bob was a good friend to my family. My dad and mom were very good friends with both Bob and Lovie and had many wonderful times together throughout the years. Bob was also a great friend to my husband Butch through golfing at Breezy, and other activities! Bob was a kind and generous man and will be missed. Patty, Mike, Bobby and Kevin and families, so sorry to hear of your father's passing. He was a very special and wonderful man. Always enjoyed talking to him. He will be surely missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. So sorry we were unable to attend services.

Bob was my Dad's cousin. Unfortunately we only got to know him later in life and because of the distance...only a few times. I can tell you he made an impression on our whole family and I will always remember him with the warmest thoughts.
We are all so sorry for your loss. My Dad, Jerry Bartley, is so very sad to have lost his favorite cousin.

The few times I have come across Bob Sr. He had a smile on him that just made your day. I am honored to be an employee for him at JR for over 13 years. Bob is an American hero, and someone I am proud to have worked for. He was a great man with many great accomplishments.
