Bob was also a wonderful writer. He had a sense of humor which was such a welcome and a kind side that was apparent. As a fellow writer, I will miss Bob and his touching stories. My condolences to Frana and family. Bob called me "Chica"...Niki La Chica Thompson

Dear Frana,
I wish that your man's amazing life could have been a bit longer for you, for him and for the rest of us. He was full of life: humor, intelligence, passion, integrity, and grit. I am grateful to have had a minute to reconnect with him at the East Austin Studio Tour, and to have a chance to meet you only for a moment. Thank you for taking the time to visit me. My best to you and your family, Jennifer Chenoweth

Dear Frana,
We will all miss Bob so much. Our international trips just won't be the same without him. He was a bright light and he shone on all of us. I've added a picture in another entry - hope it comes through.

DEAR FRANA..AFTER 60 YEARS I AM STILL DEVASTATED BY THE NEWS. I REMEMBER YOUR EARLY YEARS OF LOVE AND DEVOTION TO EACH OTHER; YOUR CHILDRENS' BIRTHS AND RAISING THEM DOWN THE STREET FROM MY HOUSE. PEACHIE AND QUENTIN'S JOY WITH EACH ONE. I WILL THINK OF YOU WITH HOPE FOR THE FUTURE. LOVE, SUE

To my dear Aunt Frana and Cousins,
I do feel the loss of uncle Bob and he is greatly missed by all of us.
I'm so thankful that I had the privilege to have lived with you in Beaumont in my younger years. I have wonderful memories with all of you. I always had deep respect for uncle Bob. I admired his strong character

Hello, Keiths. I am so sorry for your loss. Bob was truly a remarkable man. Always held a special fondness for him and admired him greatly. He had a unique ability of holding a conversation with you, and leaving one believing, that at that time what you were saying and doing was of the utmost importance to him and of genuine interest. No matter how much time passed between visits, it seemed Bob Keith was able to pick right up where you left off before and endear himself to you as always....

Kallie, I heard the news of your dad's unexpected passing from Susan (gil's legislative assistant). My deepest condelences to you and your family. I read your dad's obit and I was very impressed on how much he has accomplished in his life. He had lived a full life. And perhaps it was God's will that He had waited until after Thanksgiving to take your father from this life. Lucy and I will say a prayer for him and his loving family.
Aloha,
Will and Lucy
