My condolences to the family. I knew Bob from his days with the IRS. About 1963 he and I were assigned to Pittsburgh.At that time I recognized his superior intelligence and great humor. One reason we liked each other is the fact we both entered the military at age 17, both graduated from Scranton-Lackawanna Business College and the U of Scranton before joining the IRS.
