Our prayers are with his family. His display of kindness and concerns for others is something that impacted so many people. We were fortunate enough to be a part of that caring both at the workplace and as neighbors. We will truly miss not seeing him on his lawnmower. Dear Betty and family, I didnt know Robert very well, but I know how sorry I am for you and his family. Separation after such a long life together is so hard. As I know . Betty I pray God will comfort you strengthen you as you carry on. You have always been such a kind caring person and I wish I could hug you and tell you how sorry I am. My sincere condolences to the Kemp family and friends. Mr, Kemp was a great person to work with at Chipman and when I saw him come to the District Office. I'm so sorry for the loss of Mr. Kemp. His kind smile and willingness to help were a big part of why South always felt like a family. Sending hugs and prayers to those that were dear to him.
