Not sure what to say?

I grew up in Wellsville and lived a few blocks away for most of my youth. I graduated in 1955, a year or two ahead of Jon. Many pleasant memories of both boys...they were good guys. Please pass on my condolences to Jon and to Bobs family. I lost my sister Linda two weeks ago. Best wishes,
Bill Armstrong

I just learned about the passing of a great person. Anyone from Wellsville who lived in the town from mid 20th century knew and liked the Kiggins family. My memories of Robert are many but I mostly remember his days on the basketball court. He made me a better player. When he was a senior I was a goofy but growing sophomore, his stature as a player was to win with honor. He was a gentleman with class. I can really feel the loss.

Love to Ann and Jon and the WHOLE family.

Penny, I'm so sad to hear about Bob.
Lots of prayers going up for you and your beautiful family and just know that I'm thinking of all of you.

Love you, Dorinda Gardner

In the ten years we worked together at SCRA, I found Bob to be an excellent manager, particularly adept at business development and negotiation. More importantly, he was a leader. He hired good people and let them have the freedom to excel. He truly cared for his people and they knew it and respected him. His patient, friendly manner established a welcoming environment-- at one point Bob was responsible for having over 700 years of combined military experience at what was then a small ATI team. He set the benchmark for how a boss should be: firm, fair, consistent, compassionate, caring, engaged. I recall him dropping by on my first day, chatting with me about my...

It was a real honor to meet Bob. Incredible man. Hard worker and great friend. Every time I was with him I learned new things. Always he was with a smile.
I am very sad about his loss. My condolences to Penny and his lovely family in these so difficult moments. He was really so proud of you.
I always carry him in my heart.

Praying for Amy and her family. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Penny,
You have my heartfelt condolence. I know how much the two of you loved each other. I remember seeing you, Robert, and his family after the WVU-Citadel basketball game; I was visiting a friend for the weekend while attending West Liberty. I was so excited to see Robert play. He was a master of many skills; most of all he was a sincere, trustworthy, and intelligent person, and you were a perfect fit for him.

Sincerely,
Edith
