BANGOR
Dr. Robert A. Kinsey, Jr., 88, of Bangor, PA, passed away Thursday, January 23rd, at St. Luke's Hospital-Monroe Campus in Stroudsburg, PA.

Robert was born in Easton, PA on October 27, 1936, a son of the late John and Ruth (Spangler) Corona. He was the husband of Carol A. (Frye) Kinsey. They Celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary last June.

Robert was a graduate of Wilson High School, the former Palmer School of Chiropractic, and attended East Stroudsburg University. He was the owner and operator of Kinsey Chiropractic in Stockertown PA for 35 years until retiring in 2004. He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam era. Robert also served in the United States Marine Reserves. He enjoyed the outdoors and hunting and fishing.

He was a member of Mount Eaton Church in Saylorsburg, PA.

In addition to his wife, Carol, Robert is survived by a daughter, Alayna LaBar, wife of Kerry, and their daughter Dane, a son, Robert Kinsey, husband of Zel, and their children Robert and Melissa. Robert is also survived by two sisters, Sandra Raub, and Andrea Miller, two brothers, Dale Kinsey, and John Corona, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Dane L. Kinsey.

Services are private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gaffney Parsons Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., "Village of Johnsonville", Bangor, PA.
