Not sure what to say?

The shock of Christmas 2020 will never wear off. Rob´s death put a pall over the joy of the Christmas season then and ever after. But people of faith who knew him know he´s in Heaven now and forever with Our Lord Jesus Christ where his parents and family will once again be reunited with him in the days ahead.

Thank you Rob for the wonderful memories and being the first person to be me and tony (my twin brother) friends when we first moved. You greeted us with open arms and showed us Portage. You had a spirit a movement and a smile that made everyone feel comfortable! May you Rest In Peace my friend! I pray your family finds comfort in the lord! Rob you will be remembered and truly you were a blessing to all.

We were so saddened to hear this news. Rob was a great husband and dad and always supported his kids in their sports and endeavors. We have not seen Rob or family in a few years but will always remember his kindness and fun personality. It was our girls who brought us together over soccer and it was always fun to see Rob cheer on all the kids and encourage their development Prayers and hugs being sent to Amy, Ashley and Austin. Rest In Peace Rob

I remember Rob as a young lad visiting with his Mom at my house. When it was time for them to leave, she couldn’t find her key. We looked up and down and all over the house and couldn’t find the darn keys. After a half hour of futile searching Rob, with a big grin on his face , lifted his cap off his head and guess what? There were the keys. Instead of catching the dickens for his prank, we couldn’t help but laugh. Lotta happy memories and love and sympathy to the family.

Rob Kirby and I worked side by side for nearly six years. Rob did the work of three men, never faltered, always optimistic. Rob loved others more than himself and supported me through difficult times. Rob was an inspiration and hero to me. I am grieving and want his family to know how desperate this feels. And there is life, life after death, and life for us currently left behind.

Rob was my nephew. Besides being a genuinely good person, family man and brilliant IT tech, he was a long suffering Lions fan, a fantasy football player, a cheerleader and coach in youth sports activities and a veteran of the United States Armed Forces. He lived his life with a sense of duty and responsibility to his family and friends. He was blessed with a pleasant personality and a keen sense of humor. He was humble and modest. He came from good stock and in his too short life left...

So sorry for your loss Mr Kirby, may you find Strength in these hard times.

I worked with Bob dad for years. Just read about your loss. So sorry. From one Star Wars fan to another bless you all

Kirby’s,

You have my sincerest sympathy for your loss. I know it has to be terrible with what you are going through.
