Single Memorial Tree

Professor Klein was the director of First College when I was getting my BA in Philosophy at CSU. I will always remember his gentle smile, welcoming personality and open-minded nature. I was proud that he was the one to hand us our diplomas inside the old Fenn Tower in '87, when thirty or so First College students graduated.

I worked with Dr. Klein on the summer teacher education program. I admired his care, dedication, and humor; we need more like him....

I remember Dr. Klein so well at First College. He was a tremendous professor with an understanding of students. I also remember his son Bob. God Bless the family.

Writing about Bob Klein is virtually impossible. Memories and snippets of memories flood back. For fifty years Bob and Nancy Klein were family. How do I put my thoughts about family, close family, on paper. It takes time to deal with the loss and more time to clear the memories.
