So sorry for the loss of Robert. May he rest in peace. From Lori the daughter of Monica Michoels

Bob was the epitome of a stand up guy. Like his father, the law was paramount to them but applied with human compassion .
I recall him working at The Bakery waiting tables and joking with the numerous high school kids stopping there after school for their sugar fix of cherry Cokes and cream sticks.
Later he became one of Standishs favorite sons after joining the FBI. I always admired him and loved his family.
Maryann, Dave and Pat I wrap my arms around you In your grief....

so sorry to hear of Bobs loss. He was a good man and will be missed by all who knew him

Judy and family, we were saddened to learn of Bobs passing. Our work and accomplishments at the Syracuse RA were remarkable. His leadership, humor and wit created a happy work environment for all. He will be missed.

Mr. Kolevar was one of the finer men that I have known. My Dad respected him greatly as a professional and as a friend. I am truly sorry for your family's loss and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Bob was always generous, caring and fun! He made lasting contributions to law enforcement. Sandy and I send along our prayers and sincere condolences.
